Kuutar, the Moon Goddess of Nod-Krai, and formerly The Damselette, Third of the Fatui Harbingers. Still, her friends call her Columbina Hyposelenia, and she prefers it that way.

Known as the Moon Goddess of Nod-Krai, Kuutar to the Frostmoon Scions, and formerly The Damselette, Third of the Fatui Harbingers, she was born into an unkind world and cast into solitude from the moment of her creation. Once a wanderer of looping paths and fading memories, she found her identity through the bonds she formed and the quiet hopes she claimed as her own. Though she bears many names, to those closest to her she is Columbina Hyposelenia—and she prefers it that way.

Columbina Hyposelenia, also known as the Moon Maiden and by her former Fatui codename The Damselette, is the Moon Goddess worshiped by the Frostmoon Scions in Nod-Krai. She was born on Hiisi Island 500 years ago, and was subequently adopted by the Frostmoon Scions as their god under the name Kuutar. She eventually chose to leave the Frostmoon Scions after growing disillusioned with them, and instead joined the Fatui, where she became the Third of the Eleven Fatui Harbingers. After realizing that they only sought her power, she left the Fatui and began hiding in the Silvermoon Hall at Hiisi Island to rest and recover her strength.

She was eventually found in Silvermoon Hall by the Traveler, whom she later befriended. Soon afterwards, Rerir managed to revive himself in a physical body, and began to hunt her, though he was eventually defeated. After being captured by Dottore, in order to deny him usage of the Three Moons' powers, she chose to enter a Moon Gate, which transported her to the Lunar Palace. As time flows backwards within the Lunar Palace, she was able to meet the Three Moon Sisters who had been imprisoned there by Nibelung during the war of funerary flame. After the Sisters agreed to transfer their authorities to her, she became the Trilune Goddess with the full powers of all Three Moons. During the final battle against Dottore, she was revived in the present day through the assistance of her friends, and together they defeated him with her newfound powers.

Columbina is a pale young woman with long black hair with dark pink/magenta highlights, tied into two side-plaits resting just over her shoulders with white ribbon around it in an X-shape. She has several white feather-like ribbons on the back of her head that are reminiscent of dove wings. She wears a white X-shaped lace mask covering her seemingly always-closed eyes. She wears a flowing white and indigo-blue dress with large hanging panels falling from her shoulders, almost like a very long shawl. She has a ribbon bow tied around her neck, and a blue, crescent-shaped gem on her chest. She is barefoot except for ribbons tied around her feet and ankles, but she appears to have a sort of floating ball and crescent that functions as a high heel. Her harbinger cloak has a white gem.
